My spine still hurts after the delivery day. I recommend this store only if you want to be left on the street with a 40KG box while being promised a free "to door delivery". More details below.
I've bought an LG OLED TV in this store and I deeply regret it. This store is promoting "free delivery to door" (I'm not a Polish native speaker, but "darmowa dostawa pod drzwi!" is clearly means that to me) on the product page, see on their website *****. During the checkout, there is no warning regarding details of what this ACTUALLY means. On one of the steps there is a checkbox for paid "wniesenie", which is applicable only for orders picked up in store, while I had a courier delivery, so I didn't even pay any attention to that.
Moving on to the delivery day, the courier calls me in the morning and saying that he is waiting for me outside to pick up my TV. Me (still sleepy) thinking that it's ok and I'll just pick up the thing myself going downstairs to see a freaking huge 40KG box left in front of my building. I'm asking the delivery guy (worth mentioning he was a very nice guy and it's clearly not his fault, but the store's as they were ones who allowed that) how I'm supposed to bring it to my block (there is a long long road from the yard gates to my actual door), and he shrugs. In desperation I'm asking to pay him extra in cash so that he can help me to bring this TV at least to my block, but he obviously declines, as he is alone and the delivery company (Geis) didn't even send a second person to help him.
I'm letting him leave and calling my wife to go downstairs and help me with this monster. While waiting for her, I'm chatting with Media Expert account in Instagram, sending them pictures of the TV laying in my street and kindly asking them what's going on and what they think I should do. Once my wife arrives, we try to lift this thing, but it turns out that we can barely make ~20 steps with it together before putting it back on floor and resting for another minute. After about 20 minutes of moving 100 meters with this box, we finally arrived to our block and, almost dying from spinal pain, and having no joy of purchasing a super good TV, bringing it to our apartment.
Sending couple more pictures to Media Expert, I'm getting super-neutral responses like "give us your order number", "wait we're checking something". I gave them all the info and the whole work week passed since then, and they still seem to be checking, so I'm leaving this review so that other people know what "free delivery" actually means in this store. I made a gazillion purchases in other stores (including heavy ones), and never I had a case of "we have a free delivery and we won't allow you to pay extra, so you will have to bring the goods yourself but we won't tell you that so you keep thinking it's a free delivery". After googling a little bit I've found a few more reviews mentioning that this store lies about a free delivery, so this seems to be a normal thing to them, not a human error.
To sum things up:
1. The store promotes free delivery to door for TVs
2. In fact a 40kg box has been left outside and I had to pick it up alone with my wife
3. No apology was given and they ignored my complaints
I'm never going to use this store again and I will aggressively advise all my friends against it.
The TV itself was OK and didn't have any visual defects.
